The Body has been made from 4-5 mm iron sheet, single shaft made of thick wall pipe and has sudden discharge. Filling is done at up. During filling, the pressure balance is done through an air pipe from bottom bunker. Either top lid or bottom lid is opened & closed with pneumatic commander. Rotor is operated with reducer. Reducer exit and mixer exit are directly coupled. The movement between Motor and reducer is supplied through belt pulley mechanism. There is double spiral leaves in main pipe to provide homogeny the mixing material during mixing.
